Characteristics of phenolic resin fiber filter element

Material properties

Solid phenolic resin is a yellow, transparent, amorphous block material, which is brownish red due to free phenol. The specific gravity of the entity is about 1.7, which is easily soluble in alcohols and insoluble in water, weak acid, and weak alkali solutions.

The resin material is prepared by aggregation of phenol and formaldehyde under catalyst conditions, neutralization, and water washing.
